Returns & Exchanges
Moox Shop accepts returns within 30 days of the order being received. All items must be unworn and unwashed with all original tags attached. Free from makeup, fake tan and free from any scent of deodorant, perfume or washing powder.
We DO NOT accept returns on the following items:
All items on Clearance page are FINAL Sales. Any items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for any return. All FINAL SALE items pricing ends with .99
Once the returned merchandise has been quality checked and approved, Moox Shop will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please note that it can take up to 7-10 business days to process the refund. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
How to return
To reduce waste, Moox Shop does not include a return slip inside the box.
Please contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org to assist you with the return process.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post.
Moox Shop does not offer direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
